3. Custom Orders
Many products offered by Xstream 3D Prints are custom-made specifically for each customer.
Custom products may include:

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork, dimensions, quantities, spelling, colors, orientation, and product selections before completing an order.
Once a custom order enters production, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
4. Artwork & File Requirements
Customers are responsible for providing print-ready, properly sized, high-quality artwork.
For best results, we generally recommend high-resolution artwork at approximately 300 DPI at the intended print size, with a transparent background where appropriate.
Please review our Artwork & File Requirements before submitting an order.
Low-resolution, incorrectly sized, improperly prepared, or otherwise unsuitable artwork may affect the finished product.
5. Customer Artwork Responsibility
Before submitting artwork, you are responsible for reviewing:
Spelling • Grammar • Dimensions • Resolution • Transparency • Colors • Orientation • Placement • Quantity
Xstream 3D Prints generally produces customer-supplied, print-ready artwork as submitted.
We are not responsible for customer-created errors that are accurately reproduced from the submitted artwork, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
6. Intellectual Property & Artwork Authorization
By uploading or submitting artwork to Xstream 3D Prints, you represent that you own the artwork or have the necessary permission, license, or legal authority to reproduce it.
This includes, where applicable:
- Logos
- Photographs
- Illustrations
- Characters
- Trademarks
- Brand names
- Copyrighted artwork
- School or organization logos
- Other protected content
You remain responsible for determining whether you have the necessary rights to reproduce submitted material.
Submitting artwork to us does not transfer ownership of your artwork to Xstream 3D Prints.
You grant Xstream 3D Prints the limited permission necessary to access, process, reproduce, and otherwise use the submitted file to fulfill your order and provide related customer support.
We reserve the right to refuse artwork or orders that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or third-party rights.
7. Gang Sheet Builder & Uploaded Gang Sheets
Customers using our DTF or UV DTF gang sheet builder are responsible for reviewing their completed layouts before ordering.
If you upload a pre-made gang sheet, the file should be completely print-ready and correctly sized.
Before checkout, verify:
Sheet Size • Design Size • Image Quality • Placement • Spacing • Transparency • Orientation
Artwork extending outside the printable area may be cropped or omitted.
8. Product Colors
We work to produce vibrant and accurate printing, but colors displayed on a computer, tablet, or smartphone may differ from printed results.
Color differences may result from:
Monitor Calibration • Screen Brightness • RGB/Print Differences • Artwork Profiles • Inks • Materials • Application Conditions
We cannot guarantee an exact screen-to-print color match unless a specific color-matching service or agreement has been expressly arranged.
9. DTF Transfer Application
Customers are responsible for properly applying DTF transfers using suitable heat-press equipment and appropriate settings.
Recommended settings are provided as starting guidelines, because heat presses, garments, fabrics, and environmental conditions can vary.
Customers should perform a test press before beginning a large production run.
Xstream 3D Prints is generally not responsible for application failures caused by incorrect heat, pressure, pressing time, peeling technique, incompatible garments, equipment problems, or improper application.
Please review our DTF Heat Press Instructions before application.
10. UV DTF Application
UV DTF transfers should be applied to appropriate, clean, dry, smooth, and properly prepared surfaces.
Material compatibility can vary.
Customers should test unfamiliar products or surfaces before performing a large production run.
Xstream 3D Prints cannot guarantee compatibility with every coating, material, finish, or surface.
11. Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change.
We reserve the right to:
Update Prices • Introduce Promotions • End Promotions • Correct Pricing Errors
If an obvious pricing or technical error affects an order, we may contact the customer to determine the appropriate next step, subject to applicable law.
12. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may have specific start dates, expiration dates, product restrictions, usage limits, or other conditions.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Discounts cannot necessarily be combined.
- Discounts may not apply retroactively.
- Promotions may exclude certain products or services.
- Promotional pricing may end without extension after the stated promotional period.
13. Payment
Payment is generally required when an order is placed.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Those providers may maintain their own terms, privacy policies, fraud-prevention procedures, and security requirements.
14. Taxes
Applicable sales tax or other required taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout based on the order, customer location, delivery destination, and applicable law.
15. Production & Turnaround Times
We work hard to provide fast and dependable production.
However, stated turnaround times are generally estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Production can be affected by:
Order Volume • Order Size • Artwork Issues • Equipment Maintenance • Supply Availability • Holidays • Unexpected Events
If an order requires customer clarification or corrected artwork, production may be delayed until the required information is received.
16. Shipping
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times may be affected by circumstances outside Xstream 3D Prints' direct control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address.
Please review our Shipping Policy for additional information regarding shipping, tracking, damaged packages, and delivery issues.
17. Local Pickup
When local pickup is offered, customers should wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready before arriving.
Selecting local pickup does not necessarily change the applicable production timeframe.
18. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, they generally cannot be restocked or resold.
Eligibility for cancellations, replacements, returns, store credits, or refunds is governed by our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
If you believe Xstream 3D Prints made a production error, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
19. Order Problems
If you receive an order that you believe is defective, damaged, incorrect, or improperly produced, contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.
Please provide:
Order Number • Description of the Problem • Clear Photographs • Supporting Information
When possible, please contact us before pressing, applying, using, modifying, or discarding the affected product.
20. Prohibited Content
We reserve the right to refuse to print content when reasonably necessary because the content is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
Refusing an order does not mean Xstream 3D Prints has an obligation to independently review every customer-submitted design for intellectual-property ownership or legal compliance.
Customers remain responsible for the content they submit.
21. Website Content & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content created or owned by Xstream 3D Prints—including our branding, website graphics, original text, layouts, photographs, and other proprietary materials—may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our proprietary website content without appropriate authorization.
Customer-uploaded artwork remains subject to the ownership rights of the applicable customer or third-party rights holder.
22. Third-Party Services
Our website may use or integrate with third-party services, including:

These independent services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We strive to keep our website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee continuous or error-free access.
